Even a virtual convention has expenses!
Significant web hosting will be required in order to account for the number of attendees hitting the server over the course of the weekend of our event.
There is also a need for promotional merchandise. We want to get the word out there and provide mementos for the convention – this would cover items such as flyers, buttons and (hopefully) t-shirts.
By becoming a sponsor, you are not only ensuring that Isekaicon happens, but that its venue is as accommodating as a traditional convention.

Though IsekaiCon is a new convention making its debut July 2020, the initial interest has been tremendous. We have received over 200 responses from the artist alley community of individuals interested in being a part of our vision in a variety of ways. Conventions are a large part of revenue for independent artists, so we are incredibly honored by the support for a convention that will empower them.
Additionally, IsekaiCon will cater to numerous individuals who have experienced the overwhelming cancellations of their plans to attend their favorite conventions due to the pandemic of COVID-19. Because the event will be free to attend and take place online, as opposed to having to travel to a physical location, it will be sure to attract a variety of demographics, all over the world.
As a sponsor, you will be valued for being a vital part in bringing together a community looking for a fun way to escape the hardships of recent events.
In addition to immense appreciation, there are a variety of packages with more tangible benefits, listed in detail below.
VPS Hosting – $250 for 1 year
Other web development costs – $300
Advertisements – $100
Merchandise: $135
