Though the concept of a virtual convention is an old one, it’s only recently become much more relevant, and you may be wondering how ours will work.
This section is made to hopefully clear up the questions you have. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A: IsekaiCon will work similarly to a traditional convention. The convention runs July 17 – 18th, and there will be a one-track schedule for each day, full of panels. There will also be a robust virtual artist alley, writers road, and crafters colonnade.
On the day of the convention, you’ll visit the web page that displays our con floor and choose which area you’d like to explore.
Our exhibitors alley will consist of a marketplace similar to Etsy or Amazon, with each artist card linking to individual pages, or booths.
Our panel room will host Twitch right on our website, so you can watch our panels without going elsewhere.
Once you’re accepted as an exhibitor of IsekaiCon, you will be making an account on the site to customize your page and list your products.
There will time to preview your booth to make sure everything is correct.
On the day of the convention, enjoy manning your booth and if you purchased a chat or stream embed, you’ll be able to speak to passing attendees.
A: Attending IsekaiCon is 100% free! Simply visit the site between July 17th, 12 PM and July 18th, 11 PM Eastern Standard Time and enjoy our convention.
Of course, we will be hosting many exhibitors to support if you have the means to do so. They’ll appreciate it!
